Kayla Harold, B.Sc.

Operations Manager

Kayla joined Crescent Financial Group in April 2016 as Operations Manager. She spent the previous 8 years working in her field of study at an Environmental Laboratory in Winnipeg, most recently as Quality Systems Coordinator. In keeping with that mindset, Kayla oversees the day to day operations and infrastructure of the firm.

Kayla has also obtained her Life Insurance license, serves the Insurance Council of Manitoba on both their industry and administrative councils, and volunteers with the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba as a public member on their Complaints Committee.

Kayla lives in Oakbank with her husband Kevin and daughter Jada. She loves music, travelling and spending time with family and friends.
